Born from the initiative of passionate Plateau residents in 2020, this running club embodies the community spirit of the Plateau. Every week, they transform our parks and trails into a runners' playground, alternating between Parc des Cèdres and the Agora.
Whether you're a seasoned marathoner or a curious beginner, the Aylmer Run Crew welcomes you with open arms. Their varied courses, ranging from 6 to 14 km, offer a challenge for everyone. And don't worry if you're bringing your dog on a leash or your stroller - there's room for everyone here!
What really sets this group apart is its unwavering commitment. Rain, snow or shine, summer or winter, they're there. This consistency has forged lasting friendships, with some members running together for over three years.
