At La BASE - Food Bank | Support Services, we believe that no one should have to choose between putting food on the table and meeting their other essential needs.
Our mission goes far beyond food assistance. Every week, our teams welcome individuals and families facing a variety of circumstances: rising costs of living, financial hardship, recently arriving in Quebec, job loss, isolation, or unexpected challenges.
That is why La BASE is developing local services directly within neighbourhoods.

Every first Tuesday of the month (September 1, October 6, November 3).
This service point allows residents of the area to access food assistance without having to travel to our main service location. It is a concrete way to make support more accessible, closer to home, and better adapted to people's realities.
And at La BASE, food assistance is just the starting point. Our social workers are also there to listen, support, and connect people with the appropriate resources. We also make numerous referrals to community organizations and local partners so that everyone can find the support they need.
