On the menu, you'll find not only the traditional corn on the cob but also tasty hot dogs to satisfy all appetites. Various activities are organized to entertain both young and old, creating a dynamic and cheerful ambiance throughout the day.

2025 Edition: A Tropical Vibe at Parc Central!
This year, the Corn Roast turns into a summer-style celebration! Join us on September 20, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Parc Central (Bruxelles Street) for an afternoon full of energy and fun.
On the program:
- Lively rhythms with Quata Quata starting at 11 a.m.
- A salsa workshop at noon to learn a few moves and have fun with family and friends
- A vibrant performance by Héritage Colombien at 1 p.m.
- Games, limbo, beach volleyball, mechanical surf, and inflatable structures for all ages
- Corn on the cob, hot dogs, and drinks for $1 each
