Successful first edition of the Plateau Christmas Market

Successful first edition of the Plateau Christmas Market

On Saturday, November 22, the Plateau hosted its very first edition of the Christmas Market. Vendors, volunteers, and visitors came together in a festive and welcoming atmosphere throughout the afternoon.

The various booths featured a wide variety of creations and products. Families and neighbors took the opportunity to explore the artisans' offerings, connect with one another, and celebrate the start of the holiday season together. The tree lighting, attended by municipal councillors Bettyna Bélizaire and Rachel Deslauriers, was a highlight of this inaugural edition.

La BASE - Banque alimentaire was on site for its food collection and benefited from the generosity of visitors. Sponsors; Maxi, Chartwell du Plateau, Familiprix T. Bao Huy Nguyen, Canadian Tire du Plateau, and Les Moulins Lafayette, also contributed to the success of the event. Behind the scenes, ALEO provided essential logistical support to ensure everything ran smoothly.

This first edition was very well received. A second edition is already planned for next year and is expected to gradually become a must-attend community event.

We thank everyone who participated in this first edition and helped make it a truly memorable day.
