We have been present since the very beginning, in 1994, when the district did not even have a thousand residents. From year to year, the Plateau has grown a lot. Many people are involved in the association. But the three objectives of the ARP remained the same:

1. 1. Participate in the conservation and improvement of the quality of the physical, social, cultural and sportive environment of the residents;
   2. Serve as a tool for establishing a communication network within the sector; and
   3. To ensure the representation of the opinion and interests of the residents.
