A First Edition for the Association of the residents of the Plateau (ARP)
On June 1st, 2024, the ARP proudly hosted its very first Young Entrepreneurs Market on Le Plateau. This pilot project aimed to give local youth a chance to experience what it's like to be an entrepreneur, while also seek community interest.
A Big Hit Right From the Start
- Interest quickly exceeded expectations
- 20 small businesses, run by 37 young entrepreneurs took part at the market;A steady flow of visitors
- A steady flow of visitors came out to support and encourage them throughout the day
At our 2025 edition, more young vendors and new partners will join us -- including the Gatineau Chamber of Commerce (CCG), which will be offering on-site coaching. Visitors can also take part in the Young Entrepreneurs Rally,and we're currently preparing a special section dedicated to service-based businesses.
When? June 7, 2025, from 10 AM to 2 PM, rain or shine, outdoors
